Daniel

Daniel holds a Bachelor of Arts (Honours) and a Juris Doctor from the University of Western Australia.
Prior to joining to YPOL, Daniel worked in a full-service law firm in Perth as a paralegal in commercial litigation. He joined YPOL in 2019 as a law-graduate and was admitted as a solicitor in 2020.

Daniel’s focus is on commercial litigation and arbitration, defamation, and professional indemnity.

Daniel has assisted in the conduct of major proceedings in the Supreme Court of New South Wales and the Supreme Court of Western Australia, defamation proceedings in the Federal Court of Australia, and strategic and regulatory advice for a number of clients.
