John
John is an experienced litigation lawyer specialising in the area of insurance and general liability. He has acted on behalf of domestic and international insurers in litigated claims for personal injury, product liability, property damage, recovery actions and construction disputes.
John also has experience acting for professional indemnity insurers and defending a range of professional insureds including solicitors, engineers and certifiers.
John enjoys working collaboratively with clients to provide strategic and practical advice in order to achieve cost effective and commercial outcomes.
